1. No cash refunds. Transactions that are accepted for exchange must be done so within 7 days from the date of the original receipt which must be presented. Item must be in good condition and not used, altered or damaged.

2. Custom orders are altered items that are adjusted / changed within the guidelines of the customer's requests and are therefore final, custom made, and not returnable. We do not accept any amendment or cancellation after placement of any custom orders.

3. Due to craftsmanship nature, 24K hard gold, 5G jewelry, gold figurines and other electroformed products must be worn or used with care and any damage is irreparable. Customer acknowledges he or she has carefully inspected the quality of these products at the point of receipt of product and is satisfied.

Some product designs or distortionsare not reparable, some of which are noted in point 4 above.

5. As re-sizing to mounted ring products may cause distortion to mounted areas and stone loosening, we reserve the right to refuse resize as not all rings are resizable. When resizing is possible and requested by customer, any unexpected distortion and lost resulting from stone loosening, customers cannot request refund or claim damages for such reason.

6. Due to wearing or manufacturing requirements, where the fineness of our gold and platinum jewelry's accessories is greater than or equal to 900‰, all sales and purchases are priced for the product's main component which is the gold or platinum jewelry.
